What does the label "101" mean?
If you have ever been interested in learning a foreign language - let’s say Italian - you may have found something like "Italian 101". This is a type of course that aims to provide some basic information to understand the language and use it.

I called this blog "Psychology 101" to introduce you to some concepts of psychology in the simplest way possible. The blog has two goals:
- Provide some "psychology tips", with basic and verifiable information.
- Presenting the services I do as a Psychologist and freelancer (see the pages: Counseling, Cognitive rehabilitation, Psychometric, Study with me).
